New Additions and Changes ...

May's soaking rains gave way to 100 degree days in June; while providing a bountiful hay for our harvest this year.

We also had a new litter of Boer kids to supplement our herd. Nanny and kiddos are doing just fine. As our herd continues to grow Poetry Ridge Boer Goats is becoming more of a reality that will one day support our rural, semi-retired lifestyle./>

Until we start showing a profit fom our goats, DB also made a change and began hauling freight commercial for Choctaw Express. This change allows me to manage my schedule providing more time tending the ranch and helping the cash-flow at Poetry Ridge Ranch.
